The Los Angeles Lakers have lost for the third time in a row and the team’s veteran forward, LeBron James, says the Lakers are trying to weather the storm in the face of mounting injury list.
The Lakers lost 124-112 to the lowly ranked Sacramento Kings with the Lakers struggling heavily to convert shots from three point range.
LeBron James’ Lakers converted just eight of 36 three point shot attempts in the game while Sacramento converted 17 of 26 three pointers.
On a special night playing against the team LeBron James played his debut NBA game against in his legendary 23 year NBA career, the Lakers star registered 22 points, three assists and four rebounds in 33 minutes and reacted to the loss saying,
“I think we played solid defense. They-the Kings- made a bunch of 3s. We didn’t make many…Tonight was just one of those cases where you didn’t make shots and lamented the team’s injury woes by stating to ESPN,
